sf_columns: had a look and I like it very much. Classical and solid deathmath-like layout, max. wpoly 500. Maybe add a few interesting lamps, maybe some crates (not these ugly dust-crates) for interesting gameplay, maybe some eyecandy (vary the lighting etc.). I think the central structure is something special (special lighting, maybe a transparent crystal surrounded by blizzards). Good job 8) .

this was meant not to be an amazing looking map on purpose :)...i personally love detail......but when i see fy_iceworld mor eplayed than any other map in CS i have to throw up......and this columns was just that sort of idea :)
adding stuff to this ver open map will only add poly's.....which was exactly my point in not adding them :) hehe |

right now i am making an sf_columns2
retextured, changed the mission status too: have a as_ and an es_ in it.....so far im getting some crashes but PM thinks it may be a bot dll problem...(it only crashes when i play with bots.) lots of crates for cover......i hate crates.....no aded polys.....even less cuz i sealed up the ceiling of the very bottom level. its getting cooler looking CoCoNuT :) where you been? |
