it seems that if you change a map name and also change/edit the .pwf name, it freezes the client.
edit i discovered that while testing on a listenserver (client crash). i tested furthermore with HLDS. This indeed causes a server crash. |

Another update - V3B20r:
+Fixed the problem with bots not trying to seek the cover while reloading the weapon. +Changed the selection of task ENEMYHUNT and SEEKCOVER. +Improved yet the aiming for moving targets. +Fixed bug with pushing away bots on the edge of the roof - they shouldn't fall down now. +Cleaned the code (exactly some functions are splitted to let me easier find a specific code). +Fixed bug with bots throwing nades in some random places. +Fixed bug with bots looking at the wal for longer time. This is a release candidate 5 for the official release. This version should also fix the problem on that video movie from de_dust map, but I couldn't see if that really helped or not. As usually, please, leave a feedback if this version is really better than previous one and - if it finally deserves to be the official one. |

found two bug (?) playing de_dust2 bug1: bot without end (about one minute) trying to jump onto one of boxes on map until he was killed enemy bug2: being on bombplace bot does not establish bomb run circles and only after 30 seconds, finally made it that's an archive of demos added: bug3: similar to bug1, again an infinite number of attempts to jump on him Perhaps this is somehow resolved: bot tried a couple of times did not work the other way looking? demo of bug3 |

You can not look at the demo, the meaning lies in the fact that the bots perform some action indefinitely, and this is not good

i chucked the bomb down and T Bot run around the bomb 2 times looking at the bomb then picked it up LOL "this is not a Bug".
other wise i have not found any problems yet. i realy like this version of bot. i think these BOT'S are learning off real players??????. is this posable ????. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- my computer is a PURE ASUS PC. i find doing demo's through steam you have these mismatches in version. so using: ASUS GamerOSD version 2.07.1218 available for Windows XP/XP64-bit Edition. This ASUS GamerOSD is made for ASUS VGA Innovation such as GameFace Live, GameLive Show, HyperDrive, OnScreenDisplay, SmartDoctor, Splendid & VideoSecurity Online... If you wish to run these ASUS special features, you have to install "ASUS Driver" first and then install "ASUS GamerOSD". or something similar to this. you get a DEMO that every one can look at and get no mismatches in version. you can even make a HD quallety movie or low quallity movie. |

because i dont have the time to go in to the game just to watch some one hacking. im running STEAM VAC Secured server's and i would not have it any othere way. a none STEAM server Might be good for a lan game where there is no internet connection but i dont see the sence in it SORRY. How about the problem on de_dust map? Do they still stuck with each other (one above another one)?
They don't learn from real players (the navigation system in pb mm isn't designed so). |

I have the same problems sometimes Alex. Sometimes you have to just remake the jump to be much easier for the bot, but other times you can't make it any better than what it already is and they begin to act weird; ducking while looking up at the jump point, and sometimes doing the exact same actions like in a loop.

Latest version causes server crashes. Segmentation fault on 321. When creating bot. Sometimes it won't crash.

I don't know neither what are sentryguns entities. I don't know if You can find them build-in in CS...
Can anyone with linux (except PauliusBa) confirm if the latest build is working or crashing for him? If it crashes - please use debug versions (from the end of this post) and make me a dump info. If there is really any bug affecting only linux systems it needs to be fixed before official release of pb mm. No answer for that delays official release. |
