Hard to decide... Panzerfaust was lighter but only designed to be used once... A panzershrek was reloadable. But in the end I think the panzerfausts did more harm than the panzerschreks, because there were more of them and a panzerschreck missing its shot was generally a dead panzerschreck :D

hence I say panzerfaust :)
