Yesterday i write small utility for yapb, to allow users configure bot, without changing podbot.cfg values directly. (Something like EpbCfg.exe in E[POD]Bot). This is very first, alpha... If this tool will help anyone, i will be more than happy :) (sourcecode included, for borland cbuilder 6).

this is cool :P And I think this can help some people who can't edit the cfg files a lot.

EDIT: I just tried this and it doesn't run on my school's computer :(
Also the URL should be "http://yapb.bots-united.com", not "http://www.yapb.bots-united.com" :P

Sorr for URL, FIXED.

I can't understand anyting in the message boxes (only the 'Windows' word :)), can you translate that?

Anyway this is not an a program error, itself, it's a VCL error (liked against Borland VCL library (static version)), because this program too simple to generate errors :), maybe need to rewrite with clean Winapi ?

It's basically saying "yapbconf.exe: Devices connected to the system can't run normally" (the one with the cross) and "yapbconf.exe: requires new version of Windows. Please upgrade Windows" (the one with the yellow mark).

Well, i think i fix the error, the reason was, that BC++ IDE sets, minimum OS version to 5.1 (ie XP, i think because i runnning WinXP) for linker. I've changed it back to 4.0, and hope it will can help.

I've uploaded new version of tool, can you delete old version from filebase? New version supports editing of botskill.cfg!. Planning for adding support to botweapons.cfg :)

I think you sould continue with this sounds like a really good id a bit more userfriendly il dl and test soon =]

Edit: I couldnt find my .cfg and when placed in the YAPB dictory it Say's: Couldnt find podbot.cfg in current folder please install me correctly, What folder should the podbot.cfg be in ?

This tool is outdated, the new version is http://yapb.cfegames.com/index.php?n=modules/download&a=7&d=15. (See readme, you need .NET framework 2.0)

and thats a good thing for me haha until i whent to sleep ^^ 10 houres ago haha well im testing this out now il keep u updated on this and maby if i can find some bugs or some improvements ill let u know :)
