I installed the file into my
C:\ProgramFiles\Steam\SteamApps\unknown@yahoo.com\ counter-strike\cstrike
Is this correct? I dunno what i have to do

And oh yeah, I forgot to tell you my problem ^^;; Whenever I make a new game, nothing happens. So I try again, and after a few secs, it exits out of CS. Did I put the file in the wrong section?

Well for this bot it seems to be true though. I got the update & when bots come into the server they go specmode. That last update was supposed to fix it, but steam updates killed the last fix. This was the bot i had been using.

well it's true that I'm not as actively working on this as before, but the bot is NOT dead :)

also I tested the latest Steam version and found no problem. Not sure what you mean about that.
