Whenever i put
min bots to 1
and max bots to 8...and then botsautofillserver..theres always 6v6 Bots...and they always reload/refresh each few rounds...and my server is 13 Slots..so none of my friends can play too...
then when i edit it so its botsautofillserver OFF..no bots come...

Same thing happens to me. =/ That's why I haven't been able to play with epb, I'm back to pb. lol :P

After you are putted the command :
botsautofillserver OFF
there is no bots in to the server and this is normal. What do you want just with mind to add bots? o_O
Now when the server is empty you can add as much bots as you want, just use the bots menu with the key = or p.
Or just type addbot and one bot will come with random skill and team.

Storm U didn't understand the question. After installing mean this guy went to the EPBconfig application. It is there that he told the EPB app not to autofill server. There is a gui app that comes with EPB that allows you to do this.

In the documentation it say to do this somewhere because mean should be in control of adding bots to the server and not EPB. For that reason this guy told epb not to add any bots by checking autofillserver off, minbots 0 and maxbots 0.

In this way bots should now be added via the mean commands "only" (m_botmode, m_autobalancebots). However, this doesn't seem to work. Mean only adds bots when the epodbot app is also told to add them. However, doing it this way results in the server filling completely with bots.

Well my English isnīt that good but i thing I know the Problem or I have found another one;)!
When I tell the EPBconfig application that it should autofill the server but just with 1 till 7 bots it adds 15 and not 7! I thing that is a bug too.

yes of course and if you want to play on an offline server you can reduce the players count of the server to 8;)

What is the botmode setting?

I think THE_STORM doesn't understand whats happening. I have the same problem. epb doesn't seem to read the config. it fills my game with 12 bots even if MAX_BOTS = 4 (12 is my MAXPLAYER setting) if I have autofill on
