When installing HPB_bot 4 for tfc I get this error:

Metamod is NOT installed (plugins.ini file not found)
Installation unsucessfull!

What is metamod and how can I get it into tfc?

you must install Metamod first

or use old botman's versions

I still get that error. Maybe it's because I haven't installed the plugins.ini file. How and where can I install and download it from?

The plugins.ini file is in fact a text file that you can create with Windows' Notepad if it doesn't exist. Make sure it has the .ini extension when you save it, and that's all.

If you don't want any other metamod plugin than the HPB_bot, just create an empty file with nothing in it.

When I start a DMC match with HPB 4 and metamod installed correctly, no bots join. Infact there's no metamod message in the console. What's going on?

Bring down the console and type "meta list". Post the results here.

I forgot to edit the liblist.gam file!
