Version 6.01.00 Beta for Windows

This is a beta test release for Windows running CS 1.6. If anyone wants a Linux build just let me know and I'll post it here.

To install, overwrite the existing DLL with the new one.

* Added CVAR m_kickspecbots [on|off]
When set to "on" the server will kick spectating bots as part of the
bot balancing feature.

default: off (disabled)

* Added CVAR m_autobalanceinterval [1 .. 600] (seconds)

default: 90 seconds
