pod_mm weird server crash

Hi,
I've got amxx installed and the latest podmm (the auto installer with updated dll) and I'm getting a weird server crash on my steam 1.6 server. I looked at the crash log and it says:

Error:LoadLibrary on D3D9.dll failed

Function trace:
CFileSystem_Steam::Mount()

I'm assuming this is a Steam crash but what might be the possible causes?

I wouldnt think it's a bug but i'm just wondering if it has anything to do with podbot...i know it could easily be a steam problem as well

ok...sorry I figured it out...my gore plugin in amxx was causing the crash...sorry

This could be interesting for other users, and it could be interesting for us to know...

can you explain what exactly the problem was? Was either the gore plugin or anything else configured incorrectly? Could the problem only be resolved by deactivating the plugin? Has an AMX update fixed the problem? Did you change the loading order of your plugins to make it work? Did you have to deactivate one or two commands or parameters that caused problems?

I don't want to bug you, but as I said: It can't hurt to know what can go wrong if you want to help other people with things that did go wrong - which is what we are trying here. ;) Thx.

your not bugging me at all...i'm just glad you guys were willing to help =)

anyhow, i had the amx_gore_ultimate plugin directly from the amxx site and it seemed to crash my server at mapchange. I'm not good at debugging so I really can't give anymore info other than the error log that was in the steam/logs folder. I also have not tried moving it up the list in plugins but i do also have the lastmanbet plugin installed and it seems to be working ok with pb.

My server has been up for 3 hours now since I disable the plugin and seems to be working ok. Hope that helps and if you need anynore info let me know.

About gore - I use some gore plugin taken from amx 0.9.8 pack (I got it from KaszpiR) and a bit re-written to amxx, but it never crashed at me. I got other problem with this plugin - bots-ghosts - problem already figured out by SidLuke (some bug in Fun module). Dunno if Johnny Got His Gun (author of Fun module for AMX MOD X) fixed this bug already or not (I didn't try yet 1.0 version).
