shrikebot.cfg not loading

g'day.
i am running the lastest dod listen server with the lastest shrikebot (2.3) it is working well but i don't think my shrikebot.cfg is being loaded.
i have
addbot 2 7 6
addbot 1 0 6
addbot 2 8 6
addbot 1 1 6
addbot 2 9 6
addbot 1 2 6
addbot 2 10 6
addbot 1 3 6
in it but when i start a map it don't add any bots i have to add them in the console or use the menu.
any ideals anyone?
