This game had better be a masterpiece of singleplayer, considering all the problems with it (like this).

By adding crap like this, and making some features (Day of Defeat, HL1 Source) only available when you buy certain packages, they're only encouraging piracy.

that's also one of the reasons why I don't use Windows XP btw.

I think this will be another reason why I won't buy HL2.

XP Pro is great... altho Red Hat and Linux are better.... and your not going to buy HL2.... too bad

Well the illegal warez version of XP Pro is great (as it's cracked and doesn't need to be activated), but the legal version is not :D
Just imagine the day when M$ or Valve is closed, or there is only something wrong with their activision server... then your software can no longer be used.
also I prefer Debian's version of GNU/Linux distribution as it has tons of packages

well i have every version of XP cracked and non cracked.... they are all the same but some people suck at making cracks so you can't get the service packs...... i am actaully running legit at the moment 8o who would have thought hehehe

Whooaaa.... no HL2 multiplayer DM mode? weak... guess it's gonna have to be a mod, but I'm sure it'll turn out nice once someone makes it...

But I hope that TF2 gets made finally as planned, I loved TF1.5, with oddbot, ahh the good ol' days :D

It wouldnt surprise me if someone made a TFC clone for the Source within the first few months after HL2 comes out.

hmm.. you should know that Teamfortress2 is being made for source.. but valve shut about that at the moment.. i bet it will be released when the fuzz around hl2 stops..

Bah at HL2. Everybody is running to it, everyone is making a mod for it, there is no competition for it >_< I guarantee it will be horrible and people will still pray to it.
