Server Hosting

Well, if its not a secret, id like to now by what company, if it is one then, this server is hosted, a friend of me plans to get a server too and wed need a good one - preferably with as much freedom as possible, root access is a must have :)
If you know any other good + cheap (;)) hosters anyway you can reply too..

i get my hosting (not this site) from www.servercentral.net

i pay $85/month for 600mb, unlimited, root, etc.
