Mixing steam

I downloaded Steam with Counter Strike cached and thats been installed. If I download another Steam with DoD cached can I install them in the same directory and have it work that way or will it overwrite my counter strike files? I really tried to word it the best i can :D

OR does neone know where i can just download dod by itself and add it to steam. I'm a steam-noob!!!!!

Doubleclick DoD in the Steam Games list and it'll install it automatically....
