Mod Help

I was thinking of starting a mod for HL, and I am not sure what to make it as. I was thinking of making it a vietnam mod, but I dont know if that would work. Would someone maybe give me one or two ideas.

You can do basically all that you want in a HL mod.
Some Vietnam mods already exist, so it must be possible.
