Disable banning but keep ff on?

I saw somewhere in the pile of threads about mean mod and banning with ff on, and that theres no way yet to disable it. I couldnt find this thread with search again, so is there any possible work around for now? I run a fun maps server with ATAC, and part of the fun is pump shottying bot teamates in the head and watching them swear or fire back at you. Currently tons of people are being banned, and its annoying to clean out the cfg file everyday lol. Is there anything to do to stop the bannings but keep friendly fire on?

Excellent. Anyway to stop the glitch where occasionaly the server will fill with bots, but should only be 4 bots at any given time?

Sometimes server will still fill to 14/15 with bots:( It happens about once a map for a few minutes, then it will clean itself uip and go back to 4 bots.
