ok heres my prob i went and got the upgrade for the ivp bot but i still have a prob
like some mapes the bot buys a gun other maps he stade pistol
for example i was playing de_piranesi and the bots baught some good guns then i go and play dust and assult and the dont by any thing.
ok like should the map file be .pwf or .pxp? for example de_dust.pwf or de_dust.pxp, to make the bots buy guns
any help would be cool

.pwf is waypoints for the map..
.pxp is experience file

True. The .pwf and .pxp file can't have anything to do with that.
But when did that bug occur? After a map change or even when you create a game? I'm asking this because you said it worked fine on de_piranesi, and then you went to play de_dust and cs_assault. That sounded like everything was fine on the first map, piranesi in this case, and after a mapchange the bots don't buy weapons anymore.
Was it like this? Did you wait for an automatic map change, or did you use the "changelevel" command? The more precise you can specify when and in which cases that prob ocurs, the easier it is for the bot programmers to find and fix the bug. Oh, and are you on Win32 or Linux, 1.5 or 1.6? Dedicated Server, Listenserver (LAN) or online? Any other mods running? All this may help...
However, I'm afraid I can't help you myself 'cause I don't have IvPBot...
